Welcome to RizzCoach! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RizzCoach mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by GIDSolutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RizzCoach, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

RizzCoach is an AI-powered messaging assistant that helps users craft more attractive and effective messages. The Service provides personalized suggestions, coaching, and feedback to improve communication skills.

3. User Accounts and Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

a. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• RizzCoach offers auto-renewable subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.

b. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Payment terms are subject to the respective app store's terms of service.
• Prices may change with notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions.

c. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policies.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.
• No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

d. App Store Specific Terms

• This app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Your use of the app is also subject to the respective app store's terms of service.
• Apple and Google are not responsible for the app's content or functionality.
• In-app purchases are processed through the respective app stores.
• App store terms govern your relationship with Apple/Google regarding payments and subscriptions.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• AI-generated suggestions are for entertainment and educational purposes only.

• We do not guarantee specific results from using our coaching services.
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
• You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIDSolutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@gid.solutions.
• We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States. You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.

18. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
